Lee Jun Hyuk Covers Big Issue


Lee Jun Hyuk for Big Issue Magazine

The Korean actor Lee Jun-Hyuk graces the cover of Big Issue Magazine.  Lee Jun-Hyuk is very happy to be able to make a good contribution as he posed for the magazine. The proceeds from the sale of the Big Issue Magazine will be given to some of the poor people to help them rebuild their lives. 

He looks dashing and happy as he posed for the photo shoot. Lee Jun-Hyuk stars in the high rating drama Equator Man.  He also starred in the series City Hunter, which also stars Lee Min Ho.  Lee Jun-Hyuk's other appearances include Fairy Tale, I Saw the Devil and I am Legend. The actor has reinvented his acting career as he stars in more serious acting.

Lee Jun-Hyuk played the role of Kim Young-Joo in City Hunter.  Lee Jun-Hyuk was a righteous and loyal prosecutor.  He was tasked to track down the identity of the City Hunter, who was Lee Min Ho.  His character died as a sacrifice.  According to Lee Jun-Hyuk, he feels sad leaving the City Hunter. He feels glad that people were able to appreciate his performance in the series.  He encouraged fans to continue their support even if his character died.

He plays the role of Jang Il in The Equator Man.  He is the best friend of Kim Sun Woo played by Uhm Tae Woong. Jang Il is one of the smartest students in his class while Kim Sun Woo was the bravest kid.  They become close friends as they studied and dreamed for their future.  However, an unfortunate twist of events broke their special bond and changed their lives. They were destined to meet again, and the past events stirred their future.

The actor recently revealed about his plans in enlisting in the military.  He shares about his plans of being enlisted to the National Military Service during a press conference of The Equator Man.  He is said to enlist as soon as his latest project with Fairy Tale finishes.  He will be visiting China to promote the new project, but this would be tentative because of his plans of enlisting in the military.

Because of the great success of KBS' The Equator Man, there is a big possibility that the drama series will be extended. According to KBS, there are talks about a possible extension of the series because of the very positive feedback from the viewers and fans.
